GetPolygonText

Given the ID of a user-defined polygon location, returns the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) text representation of the polygon definition, which includes an ordered, comma-separated list of polygon point coordinates (each a longitude/latitude tuple) as follows:

POLYGON ((longitude0 latitude0, longitude1 latitude1, ... , longitude0 latitude0))

For example: POLYGON ((31.14326 -26.32166, 31.14330 -26.32167, 31.14330 -26.32170, 31.14326 -26.32170, 31.14326 -26.32166))
